Let's talk about recipes


You are going to write a recipe and prepare an oral exposition about COOKING.

WRITTEN PART
1- Choose 1 recipe from these videos and write down the ingredients and the process on a piece of paper.
2- Write down the ingredients and the process. Then, look for pictures of the process and print the document to hand it to the teacher.

Example of the recipe on paper: chocolate cake
Serves 4 people

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
200 gr sugar
50 gr chocolate(...)

Steps:
1- First put the chocolate in the microwave oven
2- Second mix the sugar and the flower
3- add the chocolate
4- Then heat the oven at 200C and bake for 50 minutes(…)

ORAL PART (you must hand in the written version).
1. First introduce yourself. You should say your name, surname (how do you spell it?), age, highschool, year you are studying, town where you live, activities you do in your free time, activities you do with your friends, etc.
2. Then, describe something you often eat
You should say:
- What it looks and tastes like.
- How often you usually eat it.
- Who cooks the dish.
- Say if you think it is healthy to often eat that thing, and why.
- In general terms, do you think your diet is healthy or not? Why?
3. Finally, describe the recipe you've prepared, the ingredients and steps in the process using a POWERPOINT!!!
